B-Cole's Lemon Pie

 

Ingredients:

8oz  Cream Cheese (whipped)

3 oz  Jello Lemon Flavor (1 pack)

1 Tbsp  Milk 

8 oz  Cool Whip (preferred)

Honey Maid Grahams pie crust



Directions:

#1) In a large bowl add whipped cream cheese, Lemon flavor Jello and milk. Whisk ingredients together until mixed. #2 Gently fold in cool whip into mixture until combined. #3) Scoop and shape mixture in pie crust. #4) Refrigerate for 30 minutes (or longer) then serve. Enjoy!

Rápido Arroz Rojo

 

Ingredients:

1 cup - water
1 cup - chicken broth
1 cup - Jasmine rice
1/2 cup - Salas (hot/med/mid)

 

Directions:

1.) Bring water and chicken broth to a boil. 2.) Stir in rice then salas. 3.) Cover and reduce heat to lower setting. 4.) Simmer  for 17 mins or until liquid is absorbed. 5.) Fluff with fork

 

Disfrutar - Makes 4 servings

Patrice's Heart - a RPb Pie

 

Ingredients

1 Oreo Cookie or D. Chocolate Shell Pie Crust
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1/3 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
8 oz Cool Whip
2 cups Reese Peanutbutter Cups (chopped)
Hard Shell Chocolate Fudge

Chicken Lo Mein
​

Ingredients:

4 boneless chicken breast halves - cut into thin strips

5 tsp - white sugar, divided

3 Tbsp - rice wine vinegar

1/2 cup soy sauce, divided

1 1/4 cups chicken broth

1 cup water

1Tbsp - sesame oil

​1/2 tsp - ground black pepper

2 Tbsp - cornstarch

1 (12 ounce) packageuncooked linguine pasta

2 Tbsp - vegetable oil, divided

2 Tbsp - minced fresh ginger root

1 Tbsp - minced garlic

1/2 lbs - fresh shiitake mushrooms, (opt)

6 - green onions,(sliced diagonally into 1/2 inch pieces)

 

Directions:

1.) In a medium, non-reactive bowl, combine the chicken with 2 1/2 teaspoons of white sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar and 1/4 cup soy sauce. Mix this together and coat the chicken well. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

 

2.) In another medium bowl, combine the chicken broth, water, sesame oil and ground black pepper with the remaining sugar, vinegar and soy sauce. In a separate small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch with some of this mixture and slowly add to the bulk of the mixture, stirring well. Set aside.

 

3.) Cook the linguine according to package directions, drain and set aside. Heat 1 tablespoon of the vegetable oil in a wok or large saucepan over high heat until it starts to smoke. Add the chicken and stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes, or until browned. Transfer this and all juices to a warm plate.

  

4.) Heat the remaining vegetable oil in the wok or pan over high heat. Add the ginger, garlic, mushrooms and green onions, and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add the reserved sauce mixture and then the chicken. Simmer until the sauce begins to thicken, about 2 minutes. Add the reserved noodles and toss gently, coating everything well with the sauce.

Just Pizza Dough

 

Ingredients:

1/4 oz Pack - Dry  Active Yeast
1 tsp - Salt
1 Tbsp - Sugar
2/3 cup - Water, warmed to 110 to 115F

1/4 cup  - Olive oil

2 cups - All-Purpose Flour


Directions

Place yeast, salt, sugar, plus water in bowl. Mix together. Add oil and flour then blend until smooth. Put dough in lightly oiled bowl and cover. Let rise. Spread on pizza sheet (floured bottom) add sauce  and toppings. Bake at 425 F for 25-30 mins or until crust is lightly browned.       - Makes one pie

Stir-Steamed Veggies

 

Ingredients:

1 pack - Mixed fresh veggies
2 tbsp - Olive oil
1 tsp - Salt
1 tsp - Fresh ground pepper 
1 Tbsp - Garlic powder 

1 cup - Boiling water



Directions:

1.) Mix veggies, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.

2.) Place in a steaming bowl to place over the boiling water.

3.) Cover and allow to steam for 5-10 minutes. Server

Summer Time Kool Drink
(kid friendly beverage)

 

Ingredients:

2 quart - Ice (crushed)
1 cup - Sugar 
1 pack - Kool-Aide (unsweatened) 
1 cup - Water 



Directions:

Mix all ingrediants in a blender until slushy smooth. Serve
